1.準備好主料糯米粉 、熟黑芝麻粉及山楂糕等 。麻山
2.12將糯米粉加溫水和成麵團(忘拍了) ,然後取其中一塊麵,黑芝放入燒開的麻山水裏煮至浮起撈出 。再將煮好的楂汤做法麵與其它麵混和 ,揉成光滑的黑芝麵團 ,加蓋保鮮膜 ,麻山省麵15分鍾 。楂汤做法省好後將之擀成長條狀(我在糯米粉裏摻了一些可可粉)。
3.21將長條狀的麵切成均勻的小段。
4.將山楂糕切成碎粒狀加入白糖拌勻 。黑芝麻粉加白糖後,用油和蜂蜜調和,待用。
5.將麵劑子一個,按成麵皮狀,包入山楂餡料。
6.將麵劑子一個,按成麵皮狀,包入黑芝麻餡料。
7.將餡料包好後 ,收口,並用手掌滾圓。
8.將湯圓全部包好 。(因為加了可可粉,所以顏色不白哦)
9.然後就可以等水開後,直接煮了 。這是煮好後的成品,很糯很香甜 ,還帶點油香 ,和超市裏賣的三全淩及思念牌的不相上下哦 ,好象比它的還美味!
黑芝麻山楂湯圓這道菜看似複雜,但如果你全心投入去做,沒幾次就能夠做好 。另外 ,隔三差五地給自己開小灶 ,你的心情也會變美,人自然更健康了 。
