One of the best characters from Stranger ThingsSeason 2 is going to be getting a whole lot more screen time in Season 3.
Priah Ferguson, a.k.a. Luke's younger sister Erica, will be returning for the hit Netflix show's third season with a much larger role in the goings-on in Hawkins, Indiana, Varietyreported Friday. Netflix has also pegged Maya Thurman-Hawke for a new role in the upcoming season described as an "alternative girl."
SEE ALSO:We know how many episodes will be in 'Stranger Things 3'In Season 3, Erica is going to have her own crew that she rolls with and will find herself "on a wild mission to save Hawkins from a dangerous new threat." And nothing sounds better than that.
Erica didn't get too much screen time in the last season of Stranger Things, only popping up in a handful of scenes. But every time she said something, usually to make fun of her brother, she stole the scene.
At this point we don't know too much else about Stranger ThingsSeason 3, but all of our other favorite characters are bound to show up at some point (as long as they didn't die).
