Buzzfeed Motion Pictures -- part of the entertainment division of the media company -- announced Wednesday that YouTube has ordered shows from two of Buzzfeed's video stars.

Broke, a scripted comedy series that was created by and stars Buzzfeeder Quinta Brunson, will debut Sept. 28.

The Try Guys' competition show Squad Wars, which will feature the boys challenging "other famous squads to test the limits of their respective loyalties and friendship," is set for a 2017 release. Production will begin this fall.

The media company said its Motion Pictures division has amassed over 5 billion video views across more than 30 platforms.

YouTube debuted YouTube Red last fall (its one year anniversary is in October). Since then, it has been adding a handful of diverse programming to its platform to attract new viewers and get existing YouTube users to dish out a monthly fee for more exclusive content.

“BuzzFeed has its finger on the pulse of social sharing, trending and keeping audiences’ entertained," Susanne Daniels, Global Head of Original Content, YouTube, said in a statement. "Quinta Brunson and the Try Guys already reach millions of fans with their popular videos, and we’re excited to introduce Original series’ with characters and creators that fans already know and love.”
