The Penn State and UMass football teams are scheduled to meet in a non-conference contest on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2023, in University Park, Pennsylvania. The game is scheduled to start at 3:30 p.m. ET. 

Penn State, ranked No. 6 in The Associated Press poll, enters the matchup 5-0 overall. Most recently, PSU beat Northwestern 41-13 on Sept. 30. UMass comes into the contest 1-6 overall. On Oct. 7, Toledo defeated UMass 41-24. 

Entering Saturday, PSU leads the all-time series 1-0 vs. UMass. In their only previous meeting, Penn State defeated UMass 48-7 on Sept. 20, 2014.

The Penn State and UMass football game is scheduled to be broadcast by Big Ten Network at 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, Oct. 14. BTN broadcasters are Mark Followill (play-by-play), Jake Butt (analyst), and Brooke Fletcher (sideline reporter).
