1.雞胸肉洗淨切成小塊,洋蔥去皮切成小塊。鸡肉
2.12香葉用剪刀剪碎。
3.21青紅椒去白梗切成小塊 。
4.小西紅柿沿短周長對半切開(見步驟圖) 。
5.製作醃漬汁:將橄欖油、香葉碎、百裏香、迷迭香 、胡椒粉 、鹽放在一起攪拌。
6.後加入檸檬汁調好備用。
7.在簽子上依次將小西紅柿 、青椒塊、紅椒塊、洋蔥塊穿好 ,中間用雞胸肉分開。
8.穿好後將做好的調料汁均勻地澆在串好的串上,放在冰箱內醃製2小時 。
9.醃好後放在平底鍋內煎熟,每麵煎5分鍾左右即可。
