Overwatch 。will seemingly kick off its first (and hopefully annual) winter/holiday event on Tuesday, Dec. 13. There aren't any details to share yet, but a tweet from the game's official account seems pretty clear. 。

The tweet is just cryptic enough to leave an element of uncertainty hanging -- does the event start on Dec. 13 or is it just an announcement? We'd bet on the former.。

Right around Thanksgiving, code-divers spotted music and voice lines in a recent update that seemed to point toward some kind of holiday-themed happening.。 Based on how Blizzard's approached past holiday events, you can probably expect a redesigned main menu screen, a boatload of new customization items and character skins, and some sort of limited-time game mode.
