4.醃製1-2天入味 。

9.油鍋燒至6-7層熱 ,醃好的雞翅擦掉表麵的蒜蓉醃料,小火慢炸或者煎至表麵微微金黃色。
10.撈起控油備用 。
11.油鍋繼續大火燒熱,將雞翅複炸至金黃色。撈起,用鍋裏的熱油再澆一次 ,控油。
