Brow trends come and go. But, there's one eyebrow look that ought to remain firmly locked away in the past. Thin brows.
Or, so we thought until we saw Rihanna's latestBritish Voguecover look.

The cover marks the first time a black woman has appeared on the cover of a September issue of British Vogue in the magazine's 102 year history.
The shoot was styled by British Vogue's Editor-in-Chief Edward Enninful and shot by fashion photographer Nick Knight.
Rihanna's makeup look was created by Isamaya Ffrench using Fenty Beauty, and the floral headpieces were created by flower artist Azuma Makoto.
The photos — which are, of course, breathtakingly beautiful — immediately caused something of a stir on Twitter. And, it seems, many people aren't too fond of the idea of the return of thin brows.
As many of you might recall, thin brows were huge in the early 2000s. But, a lot's changed since then — namely the size of our brows. Currently, larger, less-plucked brows are in vogue.

Many noted that Rihanna isn't actually the first person to revive the thin brows trend — women in South Africa started this trend some time ago.
