1.準備所需食材
2.香菜切末
3.胡蘿卜先擦成絲再切碎
4.蓮藕也先擦成絲再切碎,然後三種食材放到一個容器裏
5.打入一個雞蛋
6.加適量鹽拌勻
7.再加少許麵粉
8.能攥成團即可
9.團成丸子狀
10.分多次下油鍋炸製
11.全部炸好後再複炸一遍
12.盛出即可食用,做湯時丟幾個進去也還是胡萝不錯滴
